From sold to delivered, without the chase.
One screen shows where every sold unit stands — what's done, what's stuck, and whose move it is. Sales, F&I, service, parts and the lot, finally looking at the same picture.
Now booking demos for founding rooftops.
A sold unit touches five departments before the customer sees it.
Most stores run that on a whiteboard, a group chat, and somebody's memory. It works — right up until the day it doesn't, and that day is always a delivery day.
The desk promises blind
Sales gives the customer a date. Whether service, parts and the tint shop can actually hit it lives in three other people's heads.
Work waits to be noticed
Accessories not ordered, outside work not booked, a recall nobody checked — none of it announces itself until someone goes looking.
Delivery day is a scramble
The fuel, the plates, the detail, the walk-around — everyone finds out what's missing while the customer is standing in the showroom.
One lane from sold to delivered.
Every sold vehicle moves through the same four gates. Everyone sees what they owe and what they're waiting on — nobody has to ask.
Sold
Mark the unit sold and its prep list builds itself — fuel, detail, plates, accessories, whatever your store requires on every deal.
Approved
The desk approves the deal once, and the work releases to the shop. Anything added later waits for the same say-so — no surprise work orders.
Prepped
Service, parts and outside vendors each see their own list. Parts commit to a date, and anything running late raises its hand before the customer feels it.
Delivered
Checklist done, deal approved, no open recalls — then it delivers, and the whole store sees it land. No unit goes out half-finished.
Built for every hat in the store.
Nine roles, one shared picture. Each person opens the app to their own day — not a firehose of everyone else's.
A screen for every hat
Your consultant sees their deals. Parts sees what to order. The GM sees the whole board. Nobody digs through anyone else's work.
Problems raise their hand
A missing delivery date, a stalled unit, a part that won't land in time — flagged on the right person's screen before anyone has to go looking.
The deal board
Every sold unit as a card, moving left to right toward delivery. The whole month's deliveries in one look.
Outside work, watched
Tint, liners, rustproofing — every outside job has a vendor, a stage and a date somebody is watching. Nothing dies at the vendor.
Accessories that fit
Quote factory accessories by year, model and trim — the full GM catalogue built in, so the wrong part never gets ordered.
Notifications with manners
People hear about their own work — in the app, on their phone, by email if they want it. A 7am summary that only sends when something needs attention.
The lot stays alive
Weekly battery reports load straight in, and the lot attendant works one simple screen. Aged iron starts when the customer shows up.
Plays nice with the rest
Inventory loads straight from your DMS. Day sheets and sold boards print clean. The delivery leaderboard keeps the tower honest.
Built on the shop floor, not in a boardroom.
TurnLane was built by Brandon Thompson — a licensed mechanic who became an assistant service manager and lived the sold-to-delivered scramble from both sides of the shop door.
Every screen exists because someone in a real store needed it on a real morning: the desk that can't see when parts land, the outside job nobody chased, the delivery that fell apart at 4pm. This is the tool he wished the store had — so he built it.
One flat price per rooftop.
- Unlimited users — no per-seat fees, ever

Fair questions.
Does TurnLane replace my DMS or CRM?
No. Your DMS handles the transaction and your CRM handles the lead. TurnLane covers the gap between them — everything that has to happen to a vehicle between "sold" and "delivered". Inventory loads from a simple export out of your DMS.
Will my staff actually use it?
Each person opens one simple screen with their own work on it — no manual, no training course. If they can use a phone, they can use TurnLane. And because users are unlimited, everyone gets a login, right down to the porters.
Who can see my store's data?
Your store, and nobody else. Every store's data is walled off from every other, access is limited to your own staff by their job, and it's all hosted in Canadian data centres. There are no analytics or tracking scripts anywhere in the product.
What brands does it support?
Any franchise rooftop. The built-in accessory catalogue currently covers the full GM line — other brands quote accessories normally, and more catalogues can be added.
What does onboarding look like?
We load your inventory from a DMS export, set up your people and your store's rules with you, and you're working real units the same week. No hardware, nothing to install — it runs in the browser on the devices you already have.
What if we need help?
You reach the person who built it — not a ticket queue. Same email that's on this page.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. If TurnLane isn't earning its keep, you stop paying for it — that's the deal.
